Cons
I can't think of a con but would say that working remotely takes a lot of effort on both ends i.e. employer and employee. In a remote environment you don't get to see the colleagues on a regular basis which can be challenging sometime. But AAPNA is providing enough opportunities for the teams to connect at different intervals.
