Pros
- Increase on bonus structure, offers more recruiters to make more $
- Great management, I think maybe this varies on teams and personal experience but I have always felt incredibly supported
-401k with match, health insurance isnt too bad
- New training team = help with management, there is a lot to learn for new recruiters so this helps balance things a bit.
- Great interworking team, I have seen other teams have the same
- Marketing really tries to make events for the office + add to the culture which is nice/fun!
Cons
- Lower base salary (44K), can make things incredibly stressful if you have a smaller book of business, lots of turnover due to this
- Not a whole lot of room to "move up", limited on management positions, no significant base increase for tenured employees
