Pros

-A base salary ($40,000/year) -Free medical + dental + vision insurance for yourself -Free food, occasionally -unlimited coffee -technically possible to make a decent living, after years of grinding

Cons

-Extremely poor training -Required 9 hour in office workdays (8am - 5pm) -No remote (except a few special people) -Very slow ramp up period for commissions -Will take multiple years of grinding to possibly reach anywhere close to $100k/year total compensation -Extremely complicated paperwork combined with very out of date systems which crash constantly, and require you to fill out the same information at a minimum of 3 to 5 times per contract. -Zero sense of security that any "deal" will land, or stick. -High pressure from middle management to produce -very few leads, no use of job boards to advertise as you would expect from a recruiting company. -Absentee Senior leadership. -Awful, inappropriate music. - "Joe vs the Volcano" office vibe - no 401k match - very low commission percentage... 6%. other companies pay 10-15% -unexciting bonus money available to top performers, bringing total commission to 7.5% of the gross margin, if you invest a minimum of 1 year full time into this job and are a rockstar.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We understand that the recruitment role can be challenging at times. We are supporting facilities that urgently need medical professionals and it can be a high pressure role. We’d like to address a few things that you mentioned to provide some clarification. Our office hours are 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. All of our recruiters and team members are allowed to take a break. During our interview process, our Senior VP of Recruitment explains the job in detail including work environment, expectations, 401K, and commissions. We have direct contracts and a 6% un-capped commission is a competitive rate for the industry right now. If you’d like to share any further info about your experience, please reach out to our HR department.
