Pros

A lot of team members are great.

Cons

Management cares only about the money, stingy about raises, some unethical practices. Not willing to compensate if you get injured on the job. Will ignore all of your concerns until you threaten to quit or submit a resignation letter. Will absolutely take advantage of you if you are willing to do more than your job description.

Pros

During my time there, I worked with great RBTs and BCBAs.

Cons

Management made the job harder than it needed to be. Constant changes with unrealistic expectations and not enough time given to see improvements.
