Pros
Good workout. Lots of overtime while still providing a at home life. 3 weeks of vacation in your first year. Flexible with time off. Lots of on the job training. Health Insurance is the best I’ve been offered by a company ever! 55 cents a mile for miles put on your car.
Cons
When you don’t have a route yet they can send you pretty far. However they do really try their hardest to keep you near your home. Mileage on car can be a lot some of the time but is very well compensated for.
