      Pros

      Bonus in August is nice. The people at the office are okay but can be weird at times. Can feel isolated if you don’t make the effort.

      Cons

      Working hours at 9am - 6pm. Working from home isn’t an option and if they let you work from home you will have to use your own computer

      Fast paced environment. Small teams that very personal. Family owned small business.

      Cons

      Not a job to just clock in and sit around. You will be required to work which seems to to be something people don’t want to do anymore.
