There are very few pros to working here. They are unfortunately outweighed by the cons.
Cons
The owner is a toxic workaholic. He operates under the assumption that the only good worker is one who works themselves to death. Do you like having a rewarding career with great benefits and a healthy work/life balance? If you said yes, look elsewhere for a job. You will get none of that here. The managers are good, but the owners will talk down to everyone, trash talk your fellow employees who are sick (during flu season, no less), and keep insisting that a reasonable amount of pto is just an impossible ask. The owners are getting rich while everyone else just tries to survive. The worst part is they will definitely try to contact me about this review to insult me instead of making things better for their employees, but if they do I will deny any knowledge of it whatsoever. I left this place behind me, but I cannot in good conscience allow anyone else to be duped into thinking they are chasing a good career. Stay away. Also, don't expect to be able to work remotely. They will crucify you for even asking yet the "company HQ" is a PO box while upper management all work from home. What a joke.
