1. Friendly working environment 2. Flexible working hours 3. Good management team 4. Hyderabad team has all great office , Lunch , Sports activity , CRS activities and outings and group lunch. 5.Hyderbad team has direct access to every event, sessions and activities
Cons
1. Bangalore teams are nothing but second class citizens, No direct access to any event , Sessions and every is done through video calls which are not effective enough 2.No management team in Bangalore. 3. Worst part is Bangalore team doesn't even have office space. They are placed in canteen area. No lunch or no activities like Hyderabad office. 4.I guess there is also a lot of Bias between Bangalore resource and Hyderabad resource. So my advice don't join Absyz if you are based Bangalore , you will loose interest in working.
