AC3 follows industry standard salary benchmarking and offer an individualised variable reward framework on top of this, which allows each employee to be rewarded in a unique way is to that motivates them personally. We pride ourselves on our positive culture and our attrition rates which are lower than industry average, although we do also have a program in place to further reduce this rate.
