They are in the midst of the next step in company’s growth after the recent sales of their high growth business units. They are yet to complete the intended acquisitions in new products and markets. Though I know it’s just a matter of time.

This company is run by geriatric white men who largely do not understand the software they are selling. There is no room for upward advancement. My manager, at best, was rude and condescending, and at worst, detailing his old man sex life to female employees. If you'd like to be constantly mansplained to and listen to old men in positions of power gossip maliciously, ACOM is the place for you. The company is largely comprised of people who have become completely complacent in their careers and are too lazy to leave. Everyone is sad, there are no social events, and no one even appears to be friends. Everyone clocks in and out, doesn't make eye contact with each other, and eat their packed lunch alone in the break room.
