Cons
5 PTO days AFTER one year of employment. So 365 days without a paid day off. Everyone is looking out for themselves, so don't expect to get help from the majority of your coworkers. Their culture, oh their culture, they preach so heavily about how wonderful it is - is non-existent. The pay is awful and they don't offer any kind of yearly raise. For instance, they will bring in someone with less experience and pay them more BUT if you ask for a raise, they will not give it to you. Or they will throw 10 cents at you and act like they did you a favor. And there is no career growth! You will stay where you are because that's what they want, even if you want something more. It's an unwritten rule that you have to put in 45+ hours a week. 30 minute, unpaid lunch breaks. Unless you're a smoker, then you can take unlimited smoke breaks with no one questioning you. Overall toxic environment. No advancement and they don't care if they keep you there or not. You are disposable and they treat you as such. Don't look at this company thinking it's great because they have a great "culture" and they have drone footage videos and a brand new office, because that's a smoke screen and that's not every day life there. Don't waste your time.
