managing partners are very fair minded

long hours and high workload

Pay is average, work is easy. Taking time off isn't an issue.

Horrible gossip problems, very unprofessional office staff and attorneys, constant drama, and constant fear that the company might go under. Very unprofessional and unstable company the Attorneys complain about not making enough money to pay you. They aren't good to their clients either -- over charge -- over bill -- but maybe that is all Attorneys. The other assistants here do not want to help, there is absolutely NO teamwork.
