Pros

Job is easy especially for those who don't complain much and practice critical thinking. Or if you're lucky enough to avoid all the dump.

Cons

Hohoho.. where do I start. Man, grab a chair. 1. Incompetent leaders. I tell you, upper management is made up of clowns. 2. Don't be surprised if you think you're smarter and better than your boss, there's a big chance that's true. 3. I can do more things than my superior. Say what now? 4. Everyone at upper management will wash hands and deny responsibility. Do not trust anyone. They will throw you off the bus faster than you can say "I quit" 5. Did I say incompetent leaders? yeah, I'm saying it again because that's how incompetent they are. 6. Basis of promotion: "I like him/her. He has a strong personality, witty, etc even though he doesn't have leadership and management experience and is just 6 months on the job. Let's promote him!" 7. Ad Hominem. Screw your side. We're always right. - upper management 8. Someone coached me without bringing any solid data. I ended up coaching her. hahaha!

Pros

he customer service team is second to none—so responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. They really prioritize their clients, and it shows in everything they do. The products/services they offer are high quality, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I always felt supported and valued as a customer!

Cons

While the company provides great customer service, there were times when response times were slower than expected, especially during peak periods. It can be frustrating to wait for an answer or resolution, even though the staff is always friendly and helpful once they do respond. Improved communication during busy times would really elevate the overall experience.
