I have worked for almost 5 years as a Manager for the Consulting Vertical. Company gives you all the freedom to manage your team and customer. Good learning curve. Helps you enhance your professional skills. HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance departments are really helpful. In my case i always concentrated towards work, being a good leader for team, and customer satisfaction and i got all the support from my supervisors for the same. In my tenure i reported to 1 Senior Manager then Director. Both of them were supportive.
