Helps you enhance your professional skills. HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance departments are really helpful. In my case i always concentrated towards work, being a good leader for team, and customer satisfaction and i got all the support from my supervisors for the same. In my tenure i reported to 1 Senior Manager then Director. Both of them were supportive.
