My direct manager is amazing. A true example of a team player who is willing to take heat from upper management and to present realistic goals.
Cons
To make a living at ADT, you have to work 70-80 hours a week and drive your motor out of your car. If you sacrifice your life, then you will make a decent living until you burn out. Once you're burnt out, the company will push you out and hire someone else with that 'hunger'.
