Pros
401(k) matching is the only good thing I can say about ADT after leaving there. After 3 years you get your vested funds and can be on your merry way rolling the free company money into a fund somewhere else.
Cons
I worked for ADT for almost 5 years and was treated so unprofessionally in my last year there. Managers are in it for themselves without regard for who gets in their way. They tell you one thing and do another. The Corporate Office has no idea what it's like to work in the "trenches" and will not support any concerns brought to their attention. There is no such thing as confidentiality either at ADT.
