      Pros

      benefits are good. time off when you need it . most of the other employees are help full if you need info / help.

      Cons

      if you don't like how things are going just wait they will change. co structure. i like smaller co. at adt you just a number. no parts in truck. looking for numbers. if you dont have the parts you have to call around to find then meet up with person to get it that helps your numbers. dealers are a real pain in the (donkey) shoddy work customers think its us. we have to try to make it work.

      Pros

      Good company to work for, huge customer base and big brand that sells itself. They pay well when you get deals signed. You get a lot of freedom when you perform well

      Cons

      Pay is full commission. It’s a lot of self hunting and prospecting, Not a big deal but that’s a deal breaker for some. A lot of the job you learn as you go, you’ll start to get familiar with the equipment and the sales process. When you don’t perform you will be micromanaged. Company does not like to “fire” so they will ride you to help you get on. Track if you’re not making quota.
