wrongful termination - had to go to HR twice during my 10 month tenure. The first mgr created hostile work environment, refused to follow up work tools like CRM log in credentials when there was a delay; aggressively yelled at me in a public hotel lobby and falsely accused me of slander after discussing working conditions with teammates. The following mgr actively tried to sabotage me by gifting prospects that should have been mine based on the company's policy to my peers; placed me on a PIP then removed the support of my Business Development Manager from me to ensure I could not achieve the requirements of the PIP; canceled the lion's share of my 1 on 1 meetings that were supposed to be used to provide support during the PIP period. He also provided false information about me to HR as support evidence for my termination. My goals and sales territory were also changed in the middle of my 6 months ramp up period removing most of my sales leads. Received no severance after termination and workforce relations department conducted an "investigation" that failed to follow up on key items and ignored black and white evidence provided of above items. I have recently learned that other terminated team members have received severance and I have been denied severance even though termination reason is the same. Unethical management. Operations is not customer focused providing poor customer experience and support. Below industry standard base salary.
