      Work from home,Sabre GDS,relaxed environment

      Cons

      Horrible technology, RezDesk, RezFinish slows front line agents down from doing what could be done in Sabre in half the time. Constant reasons for freezing merit increases.

      Pros

      They do not micro manage. Once you prove yourself, they respect and trust your judgement. Virtual steady hours. No weekends or holidays. Overtime available.

      Cons

      No bonuses low pay. Need to offer more PTO. Less than industry standards. Redundant software apps.
