Pros

Admin are wonderful to work with.

Cons

To put it simply, the partners are cheap. They hire freshly barred attorneys (or law students awaiting bar results) who don't know what they're doing so they can underpay them. The payroll system is outdated. They underpay the cleaning company and in return nothing gets cleaned. Cockroaches have been seen in the break room and cubicles. The office, and especially the bathroom, reek from poor plumbing that they refuse to fix. Broken fixtures throughout the entire office. Leaks in the roof when it rains. Little to no benefits. No paid holidays off.  High turnover. Extremely heavy workload that is not divided fairly. One paralegal to 12 attorneys. Several attorneys sit on cases and frequently lose clients only to be saved by admin dropping everything and scrambling to replace them or beg them to stay.

Pros

No minimum billable hours; paid for origination and production; treated with respect; can work form home; good to work from any state; great support team; genuine people

Cons

no base salary is provided. there is a draw program for the first few months to bridge until you have client funds coming in. Most people make more because the sharing percentage is generous.

Pros

They hire recruits straight out of law school

Cons

All of the employees have attitude issues, and the partners don't do anything to make them behave. The pay is awful. They prey on recent graduates. Do yourself a favor, and do not work here.
