It was amazing learning about the children and AAC as a speech AHA. However it is AAC focused as the children are needing this level of support. Amazing work from the SPs!

Creating connection with families and making huge impacts in their lives

Writing NDIS documentation for disciplines that I was not educated in. Since allied health professionals frequently changed, I was made to write documentation about areas I had no professional knowledge of, really unfair for families paying a lot for this service. Educators frequently put in dangerous situations with children, I have scars on my body from aggressive behaviour I dealt with
