Pros

The only positive asset of this company is the lower-level staff. The employees support one another daily in an incredibly difficult and counterproductive environment.

Cons

Unstable Leadership: Upper management completely lacks the emotional maturity to run a business. Management is entirely unpredictable, and decisions change constantly based on leadership's personal moods, creating a chaotic environment where serious work is impossible. Complete Lack of Guidance: Employees are left entirely without direction, training, or clear expectations. Management fails to provide any professional guidance, choosing instead to manage through confusion and artificial crises. Toxic Communication Style: Daily interactions lack basic respect and professional boundaries. Management relies heavily on yelling and constant belittling, which creates a continuous state of stress and anxiety for the staff. High Employee Turnover: Because of this toxic and chaotic environment, the company is fundamentally unable to keep talent. People leave constantly, which is a major warning sign for any professional. Low Compensation: Base salaries are well below market standards and do not match the heavy workload required.

Pros

A dynamic and interesting company that offers exposure to diverse projects and opportunities for professional growth. Leadership sets ambitious standards and expects strong commitment from employees. At times the fast pace and evolving priorities can create challenges, but for individuals who enjoy responsibility and continuous learning, it can be a rewarding environment.

Cons

The pace and expectations may not suit everyone, and priorities can occasionally shift quickly, requiring flexibility and strong self-organization.
