Forward thinking company, parent company absolutely obsessed with continuous improvement. Operations teams are great. Business is booming and deservedly so.
Cons
Aurora, MO is intensely clique-ish, and the engineering group (including maintenance) is run via absentee leadership. You don't get the feeling that your manager will support you at all. People can essentially declare that they're your boss by fiat, and will go as far as to threaten you with bad reviews even if you don't technically report to them. Expect to literally be called names by management, expect to be belittled and discouraged, told you will fail, set up to fail, and overloaded with projects. Expect to be called for trivial issues in the middle of the night several times per week, and told not to try to apply permanent fixes to them. Expect engineering management to play favorites.
