Good for industries - IT division simply rubish - IT Consultant AFRY Employee Review

.High employee turnover in the IT division, even compared to branch stats .No evolution / career path for consultants, who then leave after less than 2 years to competition or start own business. .Compensations: not that great. Lower than competition .Managers who "pretend" they care ( but do they?) .Risk aversion .Still very swedish: lots of bs, sadly lack of international culture .Looks great in teh brochure: in reality very average employer
