      If you want to test different companies to see what suits you best and then change employer.

      Cons

      Company and management not interested in electronics in general and HW in particular. It feels more like a hang on service to customers that hire consultants for other main purposes. Low resources vs in house project. You will certainly just be another head for money somewhere else. The The main business areas for this company are infrastructure projects & pulp consulting. Low Salary company.
