Pros

You get paid training to set you up for success on the call center work, applicants with no experience are welcome for entry level roles! Nice office location, with wide parking space and accessible to bus stop stations. Lots of HR employee engagement activities and management are supportive to the growth of agents, providing opportunities for performance improvements and one can be assigned to different campaigns if seen with potential. The company has both inbound and outbound services. Office culture is warm and friendly :).

Cons

As in any job, you need to work your way to increase your hourly rate through meeting the targets to get incentives and commissions to increase your average income.
