Pros
Currently the MD is one of the best boss I’ve ever had. He is hands on and the culture he has created in the company is one of kind.
Cons
Fast paced. A lot of work outside office hours attending networking evening events and weekend events with no extra compensation or replacement day off. But this is the nature of the position in Business Development. When support is needed, it is 9.5/10 provided.
