      Pros

      Literally no pros working in Singapore AGS.

      Cons

      Way too many to list! - uses abusive languages on employees - work according to his mood. If he has a bad day, you will be in deep soup even if you have done nothing wrong. - no democracy. Communist working environment - no employee welfare - egoistic manager - jumps to conclusion without hearing explanations. Death sentence given kind of finale. - abrupt jobs way too often as he is unable to organise and prioritise his work well enough - blame shifter - selective hearing, doing and seeing colleague

      Pros

      Currently the MD is one of the best boss I’ve ever had. He is hands on and the culture he has created in the company is one of kind.

      Cons

      Fast paced. A lot of work outside office hours attending networking evening events and weekend events with no extra compensation or replacement day off. But this is the nature of the position in Business Development. When support is needed, it is 9.5/10 provided.
