      Extremely organised culture, you will get exposure to working with top to bottom level staff. Highly experienced directors.

      Cons

      Nothing much. Low salary for freshers. Little bit conservative approach.

      I had an amazing manager who later became the director.

      Hired as temporary for 2 years almost but never became permanent employee.

      -plenty of OT hours if you make an hourly wage -they are loyal if you show them that they are more important than you

      Cons

      - work life balance is laughable - promotions and raises are rare usually go to the manager's favorite employees - upper management is not trustworthy
