      Good to start your career

      Cons

      Started there as an intern and developed internally. People left and in a few months, I went from intern to manager since they didn't have anyone else with more experience. Salaries for expats were way less than for Germans, and they didn't teach much. Definitely don't recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      You can learn when you are starting in the online marketing world. You have access to many tools and they provide you training to continue growing in the company.

      Cons

      In some point you get stucked and don't lear anymore. They don't provide further training in other languages but German and you are unable to continue growing in the company. Also they share too much every task and you are finally doing just 1 thing, what makes you to be bored really soon. Nobody there was motivated.
