Pros
Larger salary than in the U.K.
Cons
Where to start????!!!! My time at this, quite frankly appallingly run company has been the most unenjoyable experience in my entire career. I have never known anything quite like it. Not only is every single 'benefit' offered to employees very cleverly disguised and set up to hoodwink staff out of large sums of money when they leave, but the HR systems and department as a whole is TOTALLY laughable. Possessing little to no expertise whatsoever, they have not a single clue about the people and positions they are recruiting for and make no effort to try and understand what it is that any of the teams do. I was tricked into a role that turned out to be the polar opposite of what was advertised and promised to me and, though I expressed this repeatedly in my appraisals, nothing was rectified. Moreover, the office politics are FARCICAL! How so many yet vastly over inflated egos are able to fit under one roof astounds me. Expect talentless, unorganised and highly uninspiring senior members of staff running the show without the faintest clue about how to lead ANYTHING let alone an entire team of people. Disgusting, dated office in the worst part of town. It feels like prison. Oh, and to top the whole experience off; if anything happens to your work equipment/laptop etc. they charge their own staff members for their own repairs. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT WORK HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
