Family Run , family memebers expect to be treated like royalty. Many restrictions on taking time off, no vacation November or December allowed, if you call in sick on a Monday you have to bring in a doctors note, if there is a snow storm thats a vacation day. Pay for your benefits , 2 sick days per year lol .
