      Do not recommend this company to anyone

      Cons

      Family run business. Treat employees like slaves. Make you work overtime without pay. Micromanage your work and does not support or trust employees decision making. Nobody stays in the company because of how they treat their employees. Mismanaged procedures. Management will put you in a hot seat for voicing opinions. You have to pay your benefits. 2 paid sick days in a year. Cannot take vacation in the months of November and December. No cellphones must be seen on desks. Very strict in dress code. Do not work for this company.

      Most people have never heard of the company

      Cons

      Family Run , family memebers expect to be treated like royalty. Many restrictions on taking time off, no vacation November or December allowed, if you call in sick on a Monday you have to bring in a doctors note, if there is a snow storm thats a vacation day. Pay for your benefits , 2 sick days per year lol .
