Pros
It is a job. You get paid for your services.
Cons
No structures. No extra perks, just basic benefits. Left on your own. Have to beg for work. Most everyone is unhappy. The actual office itself is dark and dingy. They don't pay for courses or pay to maintain your designations. The interview went fine but when you get there they really segregate the work. The rating system makes no sense and only a select few are the privilege to understand their rating structure. Management doesn't ever check in really. They fired most of the staff when covid hit, in a panic. Then had to re-hire some of the people, so now everyone is upset.
