Good bank to start your career

Not really none for me.

There were some genuinely kind and supportive coworkers who made the day-to-day work environment more enjoyable.

Favoritism is evident and impacts advancement and daily support. Employees who are not personally favored may experience exclusion or strained interactions. Training lacks depth and accountability, often consisting of video instruction without proper guidance or clarification. Questions may be met with impatience rather than coaching. The management style is heavily micromanaged and resistant to modernization. Innovation is discouraged, and communication can feel passive-aggressive rather than solution-oriented.
