Pros
Interesting technology, some promising achievements. You can find very good people in there.
Cons
Had its golden age, now is painfully dying a slow death. It has built little - and yet, lost all - momentum post FDA clearence of its product. Poor sense of clinical direction (limited to none relevant medical input on decision-making). Dubious data, ambiguous science behind their assays. Spotty performance with unreliable results/controls. Over the last 3 years, it lost (fired or let go) key people with so much knowledge and experience, who actually cared for the company, so it shows how little they seem to value human capital. Expertise does not appear to be an asset for ANGLE. Overall, poor (at best, disorganised) senior management - some people are put in places where their competency does not match their positions; very poor communication from top to bottom. Teams work in silos and are unhelpfully competitive. Culture became increasingly toxic over the years. Terrible work environment for junior to middle managers. Lost in politics and power displays. Also, HR is there to get you. Not to help you.
