1. Clueless management Spineless leads 2. Unhealthy work culture and toxic environment which clearly is stated in how the managers ,director speaks and treat their subordinates the kind of language used and no drawing of line between professionalism and speaking of confidential information out loud infront of everyone of their own colleagues 3.Use and throw opportunist people sitting at leads/ director level. 4. 360 degree feedback sharing is just a sham they just believe only what managers says subordinates according to them are meant to work as slaves and deserve to be exploited by management. 5.Managers /Director expect their subordiantes to work the same way as commanded, no righteousness found in anywhere they just pushover on subordinates for thier own benefits and step on them as doormat and Take the way forward through unfair firing or layoffs as soon as their job is done 5. No employee engagements, no personal connect meeting, no interest in knowing the know how or well being of team shown by director despite having a huge team.
