      Cons

      - Micro managed to the point where agents were getting threatened with PIPs for going to the toilet and taking longer than 5 minutes (a basic human right) - No consideration or knowledge for mental health - causes mental health issues - not allowed to use the nail salon on lunch unless on your day off - negative atmosphere and a mentality of beating you while your down - no career opportunities as they all want experience in the field but the department doesn’t support getting time in another department to gain that experience
