Pros
Great way to get your feet wet. Very Easy Job if your desk is not over loaded. The pay is decent if you really actually only work 8 hrs a day.
Cons
Managers do not practice what they preach. One of the Associates Managers does all the work for both teams because the other Associate Manager is clueless at what the role of a manager is. This company doesn’t not promote those that should be promoted and would rather hire from outside rather then those who currently work there due to a “rule” of needing to be in your current role 12-18-24 months depending on which Sr Manager you are talking to or what would best benefit the needs of that manager. Sr. Managers are always out of the office “working from home” but they will be the first to say that working from home is only on a case by case bases what they mean is they are the only ones allowed to work from home. There are a lot of office politic that you kind of have to be careful of as well.
