a fun and multiracial, young and energetic company to work. encourage new ideas and new way of work that eventually streamlining the process flow and so on.
Cons
-too comfortable for people to stay for4 to 10years easily with very little exposures/ experiences in real commercial accounting. -too many "senior staff" who had been working here for 5 to 8 yrs in their young ages (1980s to 1990s), deemed themselves too capable (for simple tasks within shared service's scope), too productive (in fact they were using an old and lengthy ways. they dislike people to question what they are doing to avoid from being streamlined and causing what they are doing become redundanced. -the younger generation of "senior staff" here should realise the needs of employee market now, especially the major changes brought by AI, and workplace post Covid.
