People department doesn’t seem function at all. Rude, defensive. Keep asking us to move forward when he make the mistake, never say sorry & biased. Especially the head of people. Guess you need to reflect yourself, when there’s so much negative feedback of you. Stop blaming others. If 20 staff were saying the same point, the same issue. Is it still the staff problem again?
