      Short office hours, fun colleague

      Cons

      People department doesn’t seem function at all. Rude, defensive. Keep asking us to move forward when he make the mistake, never say sorry & biased. Especially the head of people. Guess you need to reflect yourself, when there’s so much negative feedback of you. Stop blaming others. If 20 staff were saying the same point, the same issue. Is it still the staff problem again?

      Pros

      -friendly and supportive colleagues - great to with many brilliant talents - you really will learn a lot - short working hours -have remote days quotas

      Cons

      - high and impossible KPI's - fast paced environment , if you can't catch up and learn fast you will feel extremely demotivated - turnover rate quite high - low basic salary (although they're allowance/commission it affected your EPF's contribution due to low basic)
