I have been nothing short of impressed by the culture and talent at ARU. The interview process, onboarding, and integration into the organization have been well thought out and executed. I felt welcomed into the organization even before my first day with ARU. ARU is building something special with some of the most talented insurance experts I have come across in my career. At this time, I have not observed any cons with ARU. You do need to bring your best self to work every day. This is not a place where you look at work as just punching a clock.
