Pros
$700 a week IF you work 40hrs otherwise you aren't guaranteed anything. The 700 is nice.
Cons
No way to track your hours, only way you are considered working is if you are making calls ei... Checking emails, doing learning classes, trying to get their system to work so you can make phone calls, none of those things count towards your 40hr minimum. Their "training" is a joke because they barely know how to use their own equipment. They lie to you about their product and the use you to lie to customers until you find the proof of it all in their terms and conditions page. The managers themselves lie to you and tell you that you've worked your min hours and then you find out 2 weeks later when your paycheck comes in that it was wrong. You tell payroll and HR all this and they tell you it was a misunderstanding and too bad you still aren't getting paid even when you have screen shots of the messages from the managers. They feed and assign leads to their main puerile who worked in their office in Florida before covid and they leave you with trash calls that will almost never result in a sale. They harass people by calling them 8 and thirteen times a day, every day (I have the screen shots of these call histories) they tell you to push people to buy "until they either hang up on you or give you the credit card number" I have that in a screen shot too straight from the training manager. They lied to me about the minimum amount of hours I had to work during the week of labor day and then didn't pay me saying I didn't work enough. Then they fired me for arguing.
