Pros

They give Free Bagels and Pizza

Cons

Very phony and toxic workplace..Can't even go to the bathroom without getting permission. Raise your hand and wait for their permission Get use to floor managers watching over your back when you are selling ,they are offering nothing, just a distraction.. No one can express or criticize the management. Any negative comments are communicated to management and you will get no quality sales leads,,,,,period. Same 5 people make 80% of the sales commissions,, They want you to believe it's because they're more focused or better...actually just they are long term employed ,like 8-10 years, or owners friends. Truth is the 5-9 dialer system is programmed to send the same group the best inbound calls while all others are outbound calling people who are not interested from previous call history. The managers are worthless. absolutely no help whatsoever and they too are afraid ,like everyone else, to criticize the companies policies,,,or they will be let go,, Worked a little over a year and witnessed over 50 people leave because of this toxic work environment!!! Go ahead read the other reviews and you decide.. BTW if your a homeowner, just saying,I received alot of callbacks from my customers complaining about the warranty being worthless.

Pros

$700 a week IF you work 40hrs otherwise you aren't guaranteed anything. The 700 is nice.

Cons

No way to track your hours, only way you are considered working is if you are making calls ei... Checking emails, doing learning classes, trying to get their system to work so you can make phone calls, none of those things count towards your 40hr minimum. Their "training" is a joke because they barely know how to use their own equipment. They lie to you about their product and the use you to lie to customers until you find the proof of it all in their terms and conditions page. The managers themselves lie to you and tell you that you've worked your min hours and then you find out 2 weeks later when your paycheck comes in that it was wrong. You tell payroll and HR all this and they tell you it was a misunderstanding and too bad you still aren't getting paid even when you have screen shots of the messages from the managers. They feed and assign leads to their main puerile who worked in their office in Florida before covid and they leave you with trash calls that will almost never result in a sale. They harass people by calling them 8 and thirteen times a day, every day (I have the screen shots of these call histories) they tell you to push people to buy "until they either hang up on you or give you the credit card number" I have that in a screen shot too straight from the training manager. They lied to me about the minimum amount of hours I had to work during the week of labor day and then didn't pay me saying I didn't work enough. Then they fired me for arguing.

Pros

You will receive a Paycheck

Cons

They suffocate you with micro management techniques. They do not allow conversations between employees. They are constantly marching up and down the isles hounding their employees. They are yelling at the sales people all day long with sick 90's rave music in the background. They send the same 6 people all the inbound leads the entire day, while their other 25 sales agents have to work off the outbound 90% of the day, hounding the same customers 6 times a day. They dont release your work schedule until thursday. They make you work all the holidays except for Christmas day. The place is a nightmare.
