Pros
Great pay on late shifts. Good work/life balance as you can drop to 3 or 4 days a week if you want. Staff discount can be handy but its in store only.
Cons
Job itself went downhill after takeover. Asda shedding sales means quality of picks went downhill. New operating system is dreadful and is the worst part of the job by far. Of course... they still expect you to hit the same rates as before despite this. It has become mentally draining as well as physically. Also a rather dog-eat-dog environment.
