Pros

Some really great people with a strong work ethic. Varied work so you're never bored. Fast paced environment provides a great opportunity to learn about grocery, really quickly! Lots of opportunities to transfer to other areas both within UK and in other territories to broaden skills and knowledge if that's what you want to do. Great company attitude to disabilities and mental health (though that might depend a bit on your line manager)

Cons

Expected to regularly work 60 hours a week with last minute demands for 'urgent' work that wasn't then used. Little evidence that the advertised commitment to ethics and values is taken seriously by senior management. Culture of fear at senior management level. Flexible working not understood - being able to work on a laptop all night at home after a 12 hour day in the office isn't really flexible working. Condensed hours not available because they'd end up with people only working 4-day-weeks, but you can work for no pay instead.
