Friendly colleagues, opportunity to join different departments and get new skills / training.
Cons
Management absolutely careless about the rest of the staff, unfair hours (often unable to take holiday because nobody was willing to cover), never left on time. All in all a horrible place to work made a little better by friendly colleagues.
