Pros
Great pay, great bonuses, and good working conditions. The overall head office management were generally fine and what filtered down from them was good.
Cons
There are so many managers in store who are often very difficult to talk to, work for, etc. There was never any reward or thanks for doing a good job unless you had worked there 20+ years.
